This is what I will be cooking for dinner. I'm tired and hungry now. This is the best food (with so little time) I can think of cooking for now.
Ingredients:
1 can corned beef
1 big potato feeled cut in strip
1 med. onion cut into pieces
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 med. tomato-chopped
pinch of ground black pepper
msg- optional
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
Fry the potato then separate. Saute garlic, onion and tomato. Then add the corned beef and pinch of black pepper. When the mixture is almost cooked add the potato and a cup of water. Wait until it simmers and fully cooked. Be sure you mix to avoid burning or sticking in the pan or pot.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with bread or steamed rice.
So fast yet so good food. :)
